October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, an annual campaign designed to promote and increase the awareness of breast cancer. 55,000 people per year are diagnosed with breast cancer in the UK. Thanks to research, more people are surviving breast cancer each year, however there are still almost 1,000 women per month that die from breast cancer in the UK.
Throughout the month of October, we will be hosting events and running seminars to boost the awareness of breast cancer across the countries where our offices reside. We will also be discussing how families can, using critical illness insurance, mitigate the financial implications a diagnosis can cause.
Join us on Instagram where we will be focusing on raising Breast Cancer awareness, the facts and statistics.
In support of breast cancer awareness month, Holborn are turning pink for the whole of October! We’ve decorated our offices pink, updated our website and social media channels.
