Coming from Motherwell, a small provincial town in Scotland. I started in the Recruitment Industry at the tender age of just 21 years old, now at 47 I’m what you might call the elder statesmen of the Holborn Recruitment Team.
As an experienced and passionate Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Professional with a demonstrated history of working in the recruitment industry for over 20 years.
In Recruitment you hear the term “360 Recruiter” used a lot. If you had to describe my Recruitment Career you could say I have gone “360”. I started off back in 1997 as an on-site (in-house) recruiter before moving onto taking up more senior roles/traditional positions such as Operations Manager and Division Manager within the Recruitment Industry.
In April 2022 my journey completed its circle when I took up the exciting position with Holborn Assets, working as part of the Global Recruitment Team.
My main responsibility and focus now is to recruit the very best Financial Professionals globally who are at the absolute top of their profession who are looking to join a company that will allow them to flourish further as at Holborn the sky really is the limit (or maybe even beyond).
