Our main objectives in this call are to find out if the customer speaks English and if they have the funds available to be able to afford a property in Spain, allowing them to gain Residency & Citizenship through investment. We also need to determine if they are just looking for a job in Spain.

If Yes then continue to next question, if No then arrange a suitable time to call the customer back and update the lead in Advisor Connect, setting the status to 'Call Back'.

If the customer answers with reasonable English then continue to the next question. If they do not speak good English then we can end the call (politely) and update the status to 'Not Suitable - No English'.
We need to make sure we aren't putting through people here who are just looking for a job. There is a difference between someone who wants access to Europe to do business and someone who just wants a job in Europe. The main difference being the amount of money they have available.
If the customer does not want a meeting we can offer a phone call from a specialist instead (choose the second option). Alternatively, we can send them more information by email before they make up their mind (choose the third option).
