On Feb 25th President Trump put the future of the EB5 Program in doubt when he announced his plans for a ‘Gold Card’ visa that would potentially replace the 35 year old EB5 Program. The Trump ‘Gold Card’ would require a $5m investment by the applicant as opposes to the $800k required under EB5.
