Moreover, he is a highly experienced corporate finance professional with over 25 years of experience in business development, corporate finance and investment management across a wide spectrum of sectors within the energy industry.

Zane has vast experience in working in multi-cultural environments, establishing business alliances/partnerships, originating investment opportunities, evaluating, and negotiating and structuring transactions. Remarkably, he participated in nearly $8 billion of executed M&A transactions and numerous equity and debt financings throughout his career.
