About Ryan

Originally from Troon, Scotland, Ryan Quinn has worked in the Financial Services industry since 2005 when he joined his father’s financial planning practice as a paraplanner, then went on to become an independent mortgage adviser.

Ryan made the move to Dubai in April 2011 after his brother Daniel (also at Holborn) convinced him that the grass was greener! At first he had a short spell at Nexus Insurance Brokers before joining Holborn in the July, starting off as a Business Development Manager, which he enjoyed for many years, before progressing to Talent Acquisition Manager and now Head of Global Talent Acquisition.

Ryan spent a total of nine years in Dubai and one year in Cyprus, before moving back to the UK in 2021.

  • CF6 Mortgage Advice – Chartered Insurance Institute
  • AESC Certificate in Executive Research
